Open group suitable for all levels from beginner to expert! Singles welcome as we will fit you in. Some experience and fitness preferable.

Cost

• $10 per casual session
• $33 per month for one session per week (Monday OR a Thursday)
• $66 per month for BOTH session per week (Monday and Thursday)
